Our Process

Pre-Design

This phase includes constant interaction between our designer and you. We gather your wish book of notes, sketches, pictures and ideas for your dream home. We help you by revealing things that you may not have considered before. The more information you provide us in the beginning the better.

Design Phase

After the Pre-design phase, we start to layout your dream home. The interaction continues as we provide many pre approval stages along the way. This eliminates change order costs and saves you money. After your approval, we will generate the rest of the drawings, in much more detail.

The Final Touch

Once all drafts are approved we will finalize the complete set of plans including all details required for a general contractor to build from and obtain bid quotes.

We all have a busy schedule with work and family life. We can produce quality house plans without the client ever leaving their home. Simple sketches sent by email are usually all it takes and eliminates scheduling in person meetings. For those who prefer face-to-face discussions, I am more than happy to meet in person. I am available to meet with clients from Monday to Thursday between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm.
